Return & refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window, because sometimes… she just doesn’t fit.

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your piece must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original packaging
• And include proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at caitlin@clubfemmefatale.com.
Returns must be approved before shipping back. Anything sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered, email us immediately and we’ll make it right.

Non-returnable items

Some items are final sale — we do not accept returns on:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Custom pieces

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Return your item, and once it’s accepted, place a new order.
We do not offer direct exchanges (yet!).

EU cooling-off period

If you're ordering from the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days — no reason needed.
Same return rules apply: unworn, unused, original packaging, with proof of purchase.
